Do you know how to create thumbnails with results like this...

Here's some examples of what we're talking about...

  • Deciding what visual elements would be effective
  • Creating either heavy designs or strategic ‘amateur’ looking concepts
  • Creating glowing highlight and particle effects
  • Taking creative lead when no instructions are given

We're not just looking for Thumbnail Designers to follow exact instructions (although that is important),
we want to see you take the lead, and let your creativity go wild!

The Offer

Both ‘pay-per-thumbnail’ and full-time positions available. 

  • Work from anywhere in the world

Your Experience

Ideally you would have worked in Graphic Design or have at least 2 years experience creating YouTube thumbnails.

In reality we don’t ask for any specific qualifications or requirements IF you are great at what you do. We want to be able to see this in the next stages of your application.

Requirements

  • Available Mon-Sat

    If you work with us as a contractor, you are able to take any days off work as needed, however for the majority of the time, you'd need to be available Monday to Saturday.

  • English Fluency

    You must be fluent in English to be able to fully understand the content, project notes, and to work with the international team.

  • Time Management

    Deadlines are engrained into everything we do, so having great time management skills are essential.

    We'll hire you to complete a 2-3 practice projects and will offer our guidance and feedback.

  • Interview

    We'll arrange a quick talk to learn a little bit more about you, and answer any questions you have.

  • Company Initiation and Training

    You'll be welcomed into our team and we'll show you how the project management portal works, as well as any additional thumbnail training.
