Pricing Questions
How do subscriptions and credits work together?
A subscription gives you continuous platform access and a monthly credit allowance. Credits are the fuel — they're spent when you request deliverables like edited videos, thumbnails, or short-form content. Think of a subscription as being access to the engines, and credits as the fuel that powers them.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits never expire — they stay on your account until you use them, whether they came from a subscription or a credit pack. What does expire is your access window if you're on a credit pack, but your credit balance is always preserved.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Are subscriptions or credit packs better value?
Subscriptions offer the best per-credit value and include continuous platform access, higher storage limits, more brand profiles, and priority API performance. Credit packs are ideal for one-off projects or topping up your credits when you need extra production capacity.
Do I need to commit to a subscription?
Not at all. Our Starter credit pack gives you 15 credits for just $97 with 30 days of platform access — enough to produce a few short-form videos, some thumbnails, or a small long-form project. Your credits never expire, so use them whenever you're ready. Upgrade to a monthly plan only if it makes sense for your volume.
What happens when my access window expires?
Your account becomes read-only — you can still view and download your files, but you can't create new projects or upload. Your credits stay on your account. You'll have a 30-day grace period before files are archived. Simply subscribe or buy another pack to restore full access and use your credits.
Can I stack credit packs?
Yes. Buying multiple packs stacks your access window — the days add up. For example, two Starter packs give you 30 credits and 60 days of access. Your credits never expire regardless of how many packs you buy. If you have an active subscription, pack credits simply add extra production capacity on top.
